Aditi Rao Hydari is descended from royalty. She is the great-granddaughter of Muhammad Saleh Akbar Hydari, the previous prime minister of Hyderabad province, and her parents are members of the nobility of the former Hyderabad state. Aditi and Farhan Akhtar, who co-starred in the movie Wazir, were connected over time. The actress, however, chuckled and dismissed the reports.
On January 27, 2023, Satyadeep Misra, Aditi's ex-husband, wed Masaba Gupta, a fashion designer.
